Launched a startup for College Students to fill empty shifts in restaurants and bars near their campus

Hey Redditors!Our team at Spot & Grab wanted to introduce our startup to you all. To summarize, we have created a mobile application that connects college bars & restaurants in real time with students to immediately find temporary replacement shifts.The US restaurant industry struggles in regards to understaffing, and we found that the best way to solve this is to connect them to students in the area. Since college students could always use extra money despite their constantly-changing schedules, they will always be a desire to work, especially since our app encourages flexibility.With our application, shifts are posted by restaurant/bar owners that need temporary help in order to keep up with the overwhelming day-to-day operations.
