What Should Come First?

I am caught in a dilemma right now. I have my business model, expenses, and market analysis down to a science and I am now in the process of saving up to fund it. What I am confused about is should I wait to get the LLC, EIN, licenses/permits, and all that jazz when i have enough money to fund the whole business or should I get all the legal stuff now and then continue to save up after that? I need about a total of $6,000 to fund the whole start up this includes everything. As of now I have saved $1,000 and really eager to get this thing started. Would there be any reoccurring payments or taxes with an LLC that I would have to front since my business is not set up fully? And would it be wise to get a startup business loan to speed up the process? via /r/business https://ift.tt/2DM8Yhr
