I'm sitting here with my partner trying to figure out this It-contract we have with our development house. Context: We have developed an app with a 3rd party who stood for the development. We have come to the point where we are buying the sorcecode free because we won't to change development house but the problem is that if we buy the source code free we will not get our users with it. Which is a huge problem cause we are up to 20.000 atm.But aren't we required to get the users too as we get the source code. If someone has some knowledge on It-contract we would be more than happy to have you take a look at it. (it's pretty short) via /r/business http://ift.tt/2EY2Z5i
