i have over 300k in my Facebook groups

Hi everyone, I need some help in regards to marketing effectively. So I have 4 groups that comprise of over 300k in members. These groups are all buy and sell groups for specifically my cityHow can I market something to them. The announcement feature does nothing especially with the new fb app that auto scrolls down to discussion area on android phones.I need a way to be able to get my product or message across to as many members as possible.
