IT Ideas needed (Mr. IT Guy, be creative please!)

Good day everyone,well, i'm the typical IT Guy in a 6 man IT-Department based in Germany and need help.My boss just told me to be more creative, he wants to be one of the super tech companies in Germany with the newest trends to attract new people. We use already stuff like a Lifesizecloud for some video streaming and clickshare to make our meetings easier.​What would you implement? What would be a great benefit for our colleagues?
