Why do clients think it’s ok to FaceTime me?

So thought this was kinda funny and figured I’d share it here to see if anyone here has ever dealt with anything like this.I run a service company and we have a 1800 number they can call but I’ll get call from my customers directly to my cell. Occasionally I’ll get FaceTime calls I’m assuming it’s by mistake but seems to happen all the time. I don’t understand why anyone would think it’s ok to FaceTime me.
