Making A Business Agreement?

How would I make an agreement with someone so that if they referred a customer to me, I would be obligated to pay them 20% of what I made? This would be between two individuals, not two businesses.I would really appreciate some suggestions. via /r/business https://ift.tt/2KwEkrq
