I work with remote teams. No matter how much I try, we tend to default back to a combination of Excel Sheets (shared via Sharepoint) and email updates for managing activities and projects. I know that this is an inefficient way to manage teams but haven't been able to drive the team to using a project management app (Trello/Asana/Plan.io). What am I missing/doing in an incorrect way?
