I recently went to work for a start up in the industry which I've worked for nearly 20 years. Now in my second week, I was sent a 24 month non compete agreement and asked to sign. At no time during the hiring process was this mentioned, and if it was it would have impacted my decision to come and work for this company. What are my options?
