Square froze my account, how can I keep accepting credit cards for the time being?

I run a business where 90% of my transaction are paid with a card and this morning I received an email from square that my account is under review and it will take 2-3 business days to get back to me. That means I won't be able to accept cards til Monday, maybe even Tuesday and these next 3 days are usually my busiest. I tried to download an intuit card reader and also PayAnywhere but both of those require an application to be processed before I can accept cards.
