What are the best employee perks/benefits you've encountered?

In one of my business classes, our final project is to create a mock business. One thing I am particularly passionate about is employee satisfaction. I'd like to offer my (currently pretend, but possibly future) employees perks beyond the usual discounts, paid vacation time, etc. I also like the idea of giving employees incentive to stay with the company with things like 1, 5, 10 year rewards (think New Belgium).
