I dream of opening my own library for all forms of media and storytelling. Is this feasible, and if so, how would I go about starting it?

Hey everyone. I have a dream of opening a library, both online and physically. I'm unsure of how to go about this dream as I have absolutely no experience in business or entrepreneurship of any kind. I'm hoping someone here could give me some advice and practical suggestions for how one would go about this.
