How to hire someone else to handle my clients?

Hello, I run a small content writing/digital marketing business where most clients come from blog's email page or from freelancing networks such as fiverr, upwork etc. I was wondering how can I go about automating this, like hiring an employee to deal with all the clients that are coming in while I use that time to scale my business?
