Do CEOs get weekends off?

For something like Apple or Sony, do the CEOs (I believe that's the highest position in the company) get weekends or any other day off? I mean it snot like a lower position worker who can just have someone fill in for them or their position is something that wouldn't make the company lose too much from their two days a week off.
