Selling equity rounds

So I'm raising money for my company. It's in the entertainment businessRound 1- $10kRound 2- $70kRound 3- $500kRound 4- $2MRound one has passed and we've repaid at 20%, so we proved the model. I am also completely out of money after repaying that 20%. I still have the knowledge, the brand, and the connections, but I am not putting any money into round 2 myself.Round 2 is being raised, but I'm looking for an equity buy as opposed to a loan. If I think I can make them 4-9x return, how do i sell equity for this 2nd round? How do I save it for round 3? How much is my time worth compared to their money?Voting rights between rounds?Thank you all for your help. This is a very confusing subject 😅 via /r/business http://ift.tt/2tYrPwL
